What do you hate about microsoft?

My Xbox just Red ringed and I call and talk to some foreign dude who doesn't understand that my xbox was off for 9 hours before I started playing it for 15 minutes. I know it's hot here in Arizona but come on- It's over-**** heating??? Leave it off for another 24 hours he says. WTF Micro$oft? My friend has had to send 5 360's back to get repaired. He even bought a second on to use while he was waiting and that POS broke too. And what's up with not being able to surf the web on an Xbox? Alright I'm done.

Its looking like it is. gonna be out of commission for 2 weeks until I get it warrantied. I've got another one in the house that belongs to the Step-son so I won't be out of the action completely though. Man this sucks.

Yep. 2 to 3 business weeks for repair. I might just have to get one from wally world and return it when I get mine back.... Hmmm, think they'd mind?? Nah, probably not. But I wonder if they'll refund my money or try to give me an exchange. Any one have any input on this?

They should at least give you a store credit if you return it within 30 days.

Luckily I didnt buy an XBox as for Microsoft, my main issue being a business man is their competition policy, which is basically if anyone challenges them... but them out or try and run them out of business. As a user, Internet Explorer is an absolute joke, hence why Im using Firefox

Gotta agree with you on the Firefox issue. Any site that requires Internet Explorer is pretty shady in my book. When you say that you didn't buy an xbox, does that mean that you're playing COD on the PS3? I got my Xbox as a gift from my girlfriend and I am not too happy with it right now,
